Had a very nice time. Cynthia was helpful and very welcoming. She made the stay even better. Enjoyed the hot tub and gym.
We stayed two nights but booked them separately. The second night, we were closer to the freeway and could definitely hear the traffic. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and a lot of channels on the TV Breakfast was okay. Options including hot food. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, The pool was small, but looked clean.
Right off the freeway, clean and welcoming hotel with nicely appointed rooms. Rooms are large with wonderful beds, (BeautyRest I’m looking at you!) along with well lit bathrooms, great water pressure and extremely clean.
We had a pleasant experience here everything was perfect my husband booked a room for our anniversary and he had some requests they met everyone of them excellent hospitality here we enjoyed the hot tub and pool area as well we will def be back here and the breakfast bar was also wonderful thank you all so much for your hard work and keeping this place clean I was extremely happy about the presentation of the bathroom in our room the way the towels were folded up and then there’s a sign if you forget your toothbrush comb etc. you can ask the front desk for some of the items I thought that was pretty cool 1st time seeing a sign like that at a holiday inn express. The staff is great here thank you for making our stay comfortable and pleasant
I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Cynthia checked me in, and she was absolutely wonderful—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I was staying for my birthday, and she went above and beyond to make sure my accommodations were perfect. The room was spotless—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning—great variety and everything was fresh and tasty. Thank you so much, Cynthia, for helping make my birthday trip so memorable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely stay here again!
My stay was exemplary! From my check-in, to my checkout ran smooth as silk. The front desk host Melissa was super inviting and hospitable. The room was clean, cozy and relaxing. My shower was hot and fantastic. The breakfast was fresh and delicious; especially the bacon! I highly recommend this location. The price was very fair as well.
The breakfast was really good! The room was clean, but only one lamp across the room had a USB port that worked for charging. Front desk was cordial and friendly. Price online for the room through a third party was the cheapest price. I'd definitely stay again
My wife and I stayed here for the gallo center for the arts concert. We enjoyed our stay at the IHG hotel very much. We will stay there again when the occasion arizes.
